Landscape Artist Philip Raskin will give an acrylic painting demonstration at the club on Tuesday 13th February from 7pm until 9pm. Working with acrylic paint he has established a distinctive style in which he exploits the medium’s robust impasto qualities along with sensitive and delicate use of its watercolour like properties. The effect is to capture magically the mood and light of Scotland.
Philip is rapidly aquiring a growing and loyal following of collectors throughout the UK and you can view many examples his of work on various websites and online galleries. Members who would like to attend this demonstration should put their name on the list displayed in the club.
