The Gallery Co-ordinator has provided the following information related to Featured Artists:-
“Below are the names of the featured artists. If you are unable to hang your paintings on the allocated dates please contact one of the Gallery Co-ordinators – Margaret White, Elaine Campbell or Jen Manson.
Syd Reeve 12 March – 4 April
Jane Ferguson 9 April – 2 May
Colin Joyce 7 May – 30 May
Mary Ramage (Exhibition in between) 4 June – 13 June and 25 June – 4 July
Alan Booth 9 July – 1 August
Jen Manson 6 August – 29 August
Ian Roberts 3 September – 26 September
Irma Brown 1 October – 24 October
The following was decided at the September committee meeting:-
Each featured artist will have a 4 week period to exhibit pictures (unlimited number) on the back wall of Unit 22 Gallery, as well as the use of one large easel, and one picture displayed in the window advertising the “ Featured artist of the month”. The hanging fee will be £20.
The featured artist will be responsible for hanging his/her pictures, producing a catalogue of pictures exhibited and and taking turns of duty in the Gallery, as all exhibitors have to do. A key for the Gallery will be made available should the artist require access outwit opening hours.”
