The postponed club Annual General Meeting which was due to be held in August has been rescheduled to Tuesday 16th February 2021. This will be a “Virtual” AGM held via “Zoom”. All members will by now have received their invitation to participate either via email or post.
The Club Secretary will also provide guidance and documents on voting arrangements, reports, previous AGM Minutes, Meeting Agenda and any other relevant information before the event.
Additionally, members who wish to participate will also have been invited to take part in a trial run on Zoom on Tuesday 12th January 2021. If you feel that you need help with Zoom, please get in touch with the Club Secretary
Note: Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing service. The software required to enable it’s use is free to download from their website zoom.us
