The club news items of 4th February & 7th April gave details of the forthcoming Fire Station Creative Exhibition. Our Exhibitions co-ordinator has provided further details which will be of interest to exhibitors and these are posted on the noticeboard at the club.
In summary:
1 Precise timings for delivery and uplift of paintings have still to be determined.
2 Labels (as shown, and available in the club) to be attached with tape to the bottom of painting. Remember, when setting your price, that 25% will be deducted from any sales. If two paintings are being submitted, your order of preference should be stated.
3 The hanging arrangements at Fire Station Creative require that the D Ring hoops used to attach the hanging cord are accessible and not obscured. i. e. Tape or protective covering is not required.
